Our share house, where the Living is Easy, is open all year(weather permitting), but it's starting to fill up.
The house is a bright, airy, roomy, five-bedroom sharehouse in the heart of Ocean Beach. Just a block from both the beach and town.
The house has an enclosed porch, 5 bedrooms, side deck, back deck, outdoor shower, 2 refrigerators, a laundry room, computers, beach chairs, bikes, as well as, air conditioners and satellite tv in every room. Laundry room, maid service, staples, house beer and wine are all included in share membership.
We are not a frat house -- only 12 people per weekend, but we know how to enjoy our weekends be it by sunning on the beach; morning conversations over pancakes and coffee or drinks at happy hour; dancing til dawn; walks to nearby towns along the beach or simply hanging out on the deck.
We are looking for some more people to join the fun. We have a number of returnees from last year who are all professional, in their early to mid 40’s and even more people signing up who are in their 30’s.
