I offer a beautiful, fully private, large, sunny, beautifully furnished, completely redecorated studio apartment in the heart of the heart of the Upper West Side, located on one of the UWSs most charming and desireous blocks.
Central to everything! . .. .transportation, restaurants, shopping, cultural highlights (such as Lincoln Center, Museum of Natual History, NY Historical Society . .. Central Park!) . . .and situated in a quiet, elevator building.

Why stay in a cold and impersonal hotel, when you can enjoy charming private accomodations, with an "Innkeeper" a phone call away, should you need anything . .. .for half the price of a hotel! Hurry! . .. .rate increases to $150 for May, and $160 for June. Flat accomodates 2-4 (rates quoted for 2). One time cleaning fee of $40 per stay (the flat is professionally cleaned after each guest leaves) and a minimum 4 night stay. Photos available on request!
