THIS IS A BEDROOM RENTAL within a triplex townhouse in Manhattan. The only person who lives in this location is the caretaker, however there may be other guests located in 2 other bedrooms (1 on the same floor and another bedroom located downstairs).
The bathroom to this bedroom is shared with one other guest room.
Two queen beds in a VERY big bedroom with bathroom right next door to the room.
NEW towels and sheets, soap and queen size bed is available to you.
This is a brand new townhouse - everything is brand new.
You have an incredibly HUGE window since there are 14 foot ceilings in
the bedroom. You have a very spacious closet and wireless internet.
All linens and towels, and soap will be provided.
There are 2 other bedrooms which may contain other guests who are visiting NYC - also the caretaker/housekeeper is the only person who permanently lives on the premises (and lives in private basement level). This townhouse is located on 126th Street between 5th Avenue and Madison, in Manhattan
Also, keep in mind this is strictly a HOTEL type rental (without the hotel rental price) - there are NO
personal belongings of any kind - closets and drawers are empty - for
your use.
***Kitchen: ALL brand new cooking ware, pots, pans, utensils, china,
microwave, toaster, coffee maker, etc. Gourmet kitchen with GE brand
new appliances and wood cabinets.
High speed wireless, private laundry room, use of kitchen, use of
private back yard, etc. is included.
RENTAL RATES:
Our rates are all inclusive. Leases are flexible to your schedule and includes equipped kitchen, linens, hi speed internet, all utilities and taxes.
Daily rate: $125
*The prices above reflect charges for 1 person - for each additional person there is a $25 per night additional charge.
