B&B RULES
- Weekly rentals strongly preferred (for up to 3 weeks)
- NO smoking inside, (smoking on roof OK!)
RATES
- from $70-$95/night
- Includes light continental breakfast (cereal, fruit, juice, coffee/tea, surprise!)
- Reservations require 50% (refundable) deposit
ROOMS
- 2 large bedrooms with 12-foot ceilings
- 1 ground-level bed, (King size); 1 lofted, upstairs bed (Full size)
- Linens/towels provided
- Closet, couch, tv/dvd/vcr, stereo (with iPod hookup)
AMENITIES
- Use of full kitchen and large shared bathroom
- Big windows with view in the huge common area
- Heat and Air-Conditioning
- Washer/Dryer convenient on our floor

- Breathtaking panoramic view from amazing gigantic rooftop (which is easily accessible and right upstairs)

NEIGHBORHOOD
- A very interesting neighborhood with fantastic diversity and plenty of pleasant surprises. A thriving industrial and residential neighborhood by day, very calm and quiet by night. A unique and extraordinary place in flux which has kept us ever captivated for the last six years!
- Some call it Clinton Hill, others Fort Greene; we say Bed-stuy! (on a map we're at a meeting point of all three!)
- Many restaurants, shops, and cafes within walking distance
- Down the street from Pratt University, and convenient to the Brooklyn Museum, Greenwood Cemetery and Coney Island!
