Answer: Spending five months with an exceptionally nice, very eclectic and socially gifted (but definitely not prominent) group of Fair Harborites (mid 30s to early 50s) who won Fire Island Lotto and, as a result, are being lavished (for a very reasonable price) in a spectacular 5BR/2BA bayfront house with stunning water views and epicurean delights.
