My wife and I are moving and would like to sublet our apartment (Brownstone - 3rd floor walk up) out for 2 months until our lease is up August 1st. We could potentially move as soon as middle of May. If you are interested, please email us and we will send you pictures. We would also speak to the landlord if you want to take over the lease. Only really interested people should apply. This sublet would be UNFURNISHED, however you could purchase some furniture from us if you would like.
