my studio apartment is in a beautiful doorman/elevator building and will be available from april 13th through 27th. great apt for one or two people. $175 a night includes all utilities, cable tv w/ hbo, and wireless internet for your laptop. the apartment is fully furnished and has a full kitchen with a microwave & dishwasher. It is just blocks away from union square and washington square park. within walking distance to the east and west villages, soho, nolita, and little italy.... literally in the center of it all! fantastic restaurants and shopping all within walking distance as well. i will accept cash/money order if you arrive on the 13th of april, or i will accept a check in advance so that it has time to clear. there is a $1000 security deposit for the apartment and a minimum stay of one week. I am willing to discuss a weekly rate as well. This is a great deal as hotels will be more expensive! you must sign a written agreement before subletting the place. NO smokers, NO pets, NO parties. i am looking for someone responsible, neat, and clean.
