This is an ideal situation for handyman. I have a living room area that is open but never used in Cypress Hills, BK. The 2 bedroom apartment is located in a 2 family house. The rooms are rented by a female teacher (26 yr.) and a couple (30 yrs.) If all you're looking for is a place to lay your head while looking for a more perminant location then you can crash on the couch! There would be no fee for staying here. In exchange you will be asked to do minor repairs around my home.
