Roommate Needed For Just Renovated Room
About the Building
The location is on Lexington Ave just four blocks south of Grand Central, with bars/restaurants/groceries close by. It is a doorman building with elevators and a laundry room on the premises. There is also a nice and quiet courtyard in the back with patio furniture as well as a roofdeck.
About the Room/Apartment
The bedroom is 13 x 10 feet with a very large 7 foot closet which is in addition to the 130 sq ft. There is a large window and double hung French doors to enter. The apartment has brand-new hardwood floors and closets. There is one bathroom to share as well as a full kitchen (incl. oven and dishwasher), dining area and living room. The dining and living rooms are already furnished.
About the Person
The person should be very easy going as I am. A professional person in their mid 20s to mid 30s. I keep a very clean apartment and would like someone who is clean and organized as well.
Cost and Move-In
I am asking for $1,750 per month in addition to splitting the utilities (electric and cable/internet). The room is available now.
