Good morning! Couple Seeking 2br apt w/ outdoor space on Upper West Side. We are a couple of young professionals working in finance in midtown seeking a clean, tasteful 1000+ sq ft apt on the Upper West Side, or Columbia area, or up to 145th Street in Harlem. We would really like an apartment with some outdoor space AND NO FEE around $2800/mo.
We are both neat freaks, quiet and responsible (and fun and charming ;) ). We earn collectively in excess of $150k/ yr with no debt and clean credit with serious references. We currently live in Carnegie Hill on the UES and plan to move around May 1. We have a cat.
Again NO FEES and by owners please.
