Hi there. We are a newlywed couple who are looking to upgrade to a larger apartment now that we are done with our wedding. We are looking for a larger one-bed or a two-bedroom apartment in Lynbrook within walking distance of the train station (within half a mile.) The apartment must be cat friendly as we have two well mannered cats. We are in our mid 20s, both working professionals and live a fairly low-key life. We can afford up to 1250 with no utilities or 1500 with utilities. We will not pay a finders fee, broker fee, or a real-estate agency fee, as I am doing to work right now. We have a good credit score (above 750) and will show proof of income as needed after the apartment viewing. You can email me at the craigslist link. I check my email multiple times a day and will call you within 24 hours of you emailing me. Please indicated the cross streets in the email and include your phone number so I can call you. We are willing and able to move at the end of March, but we are going to wait for the right apartment as we plan on staying in the apartment we find for several years.
