In search of a beautiful nice size 3 bedroom apartment in a private home.
We must have backyard access and the enviornment must be pet friendly.
The apartment needs to be in a safe neighborhood in the preferrably zip codes of 10462 10467 or 10469.
I am looking to pay one month rent and one month security.
I am able to pay $1,200 - $1,500 per month.
We are a quiet easy going family of 5.
Just looking for a place to call home.
Would like to move in April 1st or any time there after.
