I'm looking for a decent renovated 1 Bedroom Apartment in the Bronx near the 4 Train. Anywhere from Yankee Stadium to Wooodlawn. I am willing to pay a maximum of $1,100 a month. My current yearly income is $39,000 (Mount Sinai Medical Center). I just accepted a job with Montefiore Medical Center in the Bronx and my salary will be $48,000 per year. I do not have the best of credit, I think around 565. I have a student loan on my credit that is consolidated and my monthly payments are $150.00...Other things on my credit that could be considered negative are misc. that add up to no more than $2,500 which was a direct affect of me relocating to New York from California a little over a year ago. I have 3 lines of credit open and I plan to have all of the negative accounts on my credit paid completely off by the beginning of next year. I have no evictions! I'm here in New York by myself with no family, so it's very important that I find a nice place (paying the rent will never be a problem!)Need to move in May 1, 2008.
