24, female, non smoker, no pets (allergic to cats & dogs), works 9-6, clean but not anal, financially responsible. Looking for a May 1st or later move in date!
Looking for a room in an apartment below the 80's, NO FEE! Village, east side, west side, downtown, don't care!! During the week I like to relax, and on weekends grab a drink with a friend. I am away 1 - 2 nights a week (occasional weekends too!)
I can pay up to $1400 at most if it's really fabulous. Looking for elevator, or 1 or 2 floor walkup. Laundry in building preferred.

Female, in your 20s, non smoker, no pets, financially stable. NO constant boyfriends / friends over. I don't mind once in a while (ie: 1 or 2 times a month), but not every night. I don't care about friends over for drinks / dinner / parties, as long as its not all the time!
My current roommate has her man over all the time and I do not want that situation again!
