Apartment has 2-bedrooms, 1-bath; hardwood floors; central air/heat; large, private deck with direct, unobstructed views of SONO harbor from living and dining rooms. Apartment also has new appliances (gas stove, microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator), laundry and offstreet parking. Excellent East Norwalk location is walking distance to SONO, beach and East Norwalk train station. Utilities are separate. I am a young male professional working in a financial company in Westport, CT. I am a quiet,clean, and responsible roommate and I am usually at work from ~7:30/8 until 6:30/7. I was living in a residential area in Fairfield, that I found too boring for younger people. I enjoy running (especially during the warmer weather) and going out usually once during the week (mostly on Thursdays) and on weekends I make frequent trips home ( N.E. CT) or into the city. I generally don't have many visitors other than a friend or family member now and then. We would share heat and utility costs.
