Hi there! I'm a 25 year old young professional who graduated from Boston College in 2005. I currently work in publishing. I'm also involved in sketch comedy, which, I'd like to think makes me pretty fun.
I'm currently apartment hunting for a 1 BR on the UES (2 BR, possibly). I'm looking for an apartment that is set up such that you can take the living room and still have your privacy (considering putting a wall up...)
I am looking for a fun, young, CLEAN, preferably female roommate. I'm very neat (and expect the same from you) and I don't really cook so no dirty dishes or messy kitchens for me!
Also, all overnights would have to be discussed ahead of time, and please, no roommates who plan to have their boyfriend/girlfriend sleep over all the time!
Price subject to go up or down $100 depending on the place I find.
