Young professional male, looking for a young professional, responsible female to share huge home located in a quiet residential nieghborhood. The house is "technically" located in Elmont but you can literally walk for 5 minutes and your in the Queens side.
Move-in dates are flexable But I'm trying to rent it out by May 1st 2008. If you need to move in sooner, we can discuss that option. I've had a lot of responses to this ad, so serious inquires only please.

Bedroom measure about 14x10. You have your OWN full bathroom.
I'm looking for someone that is respectful, clean, responsible, considerate and drama free.
You will not be signing a lease, but truthfully I am looking for someone with a relatively long-term commitment (about 1 year). No smoking, drugs or pets.
Your share of the rent will be $1200; this includes utilities.
