Roommate wanted for large 2 bedroom condo. 2 full baths, full kitchen w/ dishwasher, living room and unfurnished dining room area. 3 min walk from Pavonia-Newport PATH train station. Newport neighborhood right on Hudson River w/ spectacular views of NYC skyline. Centrally located near Newport Mall, grocery stores, great restaurants, and Target is 2 blocks away. If driving 5 minutes from Holland Tunnel. Current roommate is moving to Thailand.
